Following changes in ownership and the adoption of new strategic goals, the company’s investors have appointed Marcin Maj as President of the Management Board of Onwelo, effective June 1, 2025. Maj brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and consulting sectors. Throughout his career, he has supported company boards and investment funds in driving long-term value creation, including during restructuring processes. The previous President, Dariusz Ossowski, has stepped down from his role. 

Joining Marcin Maj on the Management Board are: 

• Bartosz Czyż, responsible for Sales and Strategic Technology Consulting 

• Rafał Głąb, responsible for Delivery (Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Business Analysis, Test Factory, and RPA) 

• Piotr Kowalski, responsible for Delivery (Software Development and Data/AI) 

• Piotr Piekutowski, responsible for Legal, Administration & Procurement, and Certification & Compliance 

The new Management Board is focusing on aligning the company’s key processes and structures with its updated strategic priorities. This includes project management, cost structure optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to better support the company’s future direction. 

„We are taking responsibility for the company at a time when change is needed. In responding to the market conditions of 2023–2024, a number of decisions were delayed, particularly around cost management and the review of strategic investments,” said Marcin. 

During its first weeks in office, the new Management Board completed a comprehensive review of the company’s operational and financial situation. Ineffective initiatives have been discontinued, non-essential costs have been reduced, decision-making structures streamlined, the project portfolio is being reorganized, and accountability across the organization has been clarified. 

„Our initial focus is on the key areas: teams, projects, and cost structure. Having joined the company in February 2025, I bring a fresh perspective, while working closely with experienced board members. We are just at the beginning of this process,” Marcin added.
