The journey began in June 2015, and today Onwelo is led by Marcin Maj together with a four-person management board, supported by a team of over 300 talented people. Beyond our passion for technology, we are united by shared values. Above all: mutual respect and trust – both within our team and with the people we work with. Integrity is a non-negotiable foundation here; without it, there is no place at Onwelo. Our values are further strengthened by professionalism and a collaborative mindset. CERTIFICATES
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
ISO standards are used and implemented in our delivery of all our IT products and services, which include: software and IT infrastructure development, expansion and maintenance, IT solution quality assurance, IT audits, IT security, and data protection. Our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificates were issued by TÜV NORD Polska.
ISO 27017 and ISO 27018
We operate according to ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 standards in our cloud solution development and delivery processes. These are international cloud security standards that cover public cloud software design, development, upgrading, and maintenance and IT infrastructure management. The ISO 27017 certificate guarantees data security across our cloud-based services, while the ISO 27018 specifically attests to personal data security in this area. The certificates were issued by TÜV NORD Poland.

TISAX
We have also passed the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) audit and obtained a TISAX certificate to confirm high information security standards in the services we provide to automotive companies. The TISAX certificate was awarded by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH, after an audit performed by TÜV NORD Polska. TISAX is a registered trademark of the ENX Association.
On behalf of VDA, together with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), the ENX association supports the universal recognition of information security assessments in the automotive industry. TISAX audits are performed by accredited audit service providers who need to demonstrate their qualifications at regular intervals. TISAX assessments are not intended for the general public.
Onwelo Sp. z o.o. values confidentiality, accountability, and data integrity. We have taken wide-ranging steps to protect confidential information and abide by the catalog of information security criteria published the German Automotive Industry Association (VDA ISA). The assessment (ID ANGM65-1) of scope (ID S9T7NR) was performed by an audit service providers, TISAX TÜV NORD CERT GmbH / TÜV NORD Polska. You can download our results only via the ENX website:

ISO 14001
In our operations, we place great importance on environmental protection, which is why we have implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. This standard includes the optimization of resource management processes, waste minimization, and the reduction of negative impacts on the natural environment. The ISO 14001 certificate, issued by TÜV NORD Polska, confirms that our services are provided in a sustainable manner, allowing us to care for the natural environment while simultaneously developing innovative solutions.
Sustainable Development
Our commitment to ESG (Environment, Society, Corporate Governance) We pursue the development of our company in line with our long-term business strategy and core values. The definition is based on the principles of social responsibility, environmental protection and corporate governance.
We are proud member of the United Nations Global Compact. It is an association of companies that adhere strictly to the principles of sustainable business. Our activities are guided by the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, with a particular focus on human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption procedures. We are an active participant in the promotion and achievement of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations.

We are dedicated to minimising the environmental and climate impacts of our operations. We measure and reduce our carbon footprint in line with our commitment to sustainability. We are working towards a zero-carbon footprint and are committed to recycling and reducing waste generated by our day-to-day operations.
We adopt a responsible purchasing policy. We exclusively utilise eco-friendly, recyclable and energy-efficient materials. We collaborate with suppliers who align their business practices with our values. The concept of sustainability is a key consideration in our office selection process. We actively encourage our employees to adopt a green lifestyle.
[S] Society
Our greatest asset is our workforce. We create appealing work environments for our employees. Our company is defined by a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a safe environment and the opportunity for individual development in ultra-innovative projects.
We ensure that diversity is preserved and that all employees are given equal opportunities. Our company policy is to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equally, regardless of social origin, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, religion or sexual orientation. Furthermore, we have signed the Diversity Charter, a transnational initiative under the curatorship of the European Commission. [G] Corporate governance
At Onwelo, we conduct ourselves in a transparent manner and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and international human rights agreements.
Since 2024, we have been a signatory to the Charter on the Rights of Children in Business, an initiative that upholds the respect of children’s rights throughout the corporate value chain.
All aspects of Onwelo’s business are conducted in accordance with the generally accepted rules set out in the Code of Business Conduct and the Supplier Code. We adhere to the principles of fair competition, the prevention of bribery, illegal payments and corruption.
We prioritise data security and have implemented international information security standards that meet the challenges of modern technology. At the same time, we believe that technology should serve the common good. To this end, we support customers with our solutions in the area of financial regulatory compliance as well as cyber security.
