An integrated and talented team

At Onwelo, every day I work with experienced developers and administrators. We exchange knowledge, thanks to this we all raise the level of our skills which we then use in our work. Together we are building meaningful and efficient IT solutions, which our clients are satisfied with. Only work in an integrated and talented team can produce such results.

Engaging tasks

Every day in the life of an designer is a new challenge. At Onwleo, I help create our company’s recruiting software. I ask users about their expectations and I convert them into functionalities. I don’t solve these problems by myself – we discuss them with the whole team to carve out real results. In my work I most value independence and responsibility because it motivates me to act, as well as the atmosphere and the openness!

The mentorship program at Onwelo gives me a wide range of opportunities for growth. I choose for myself, if I wanted to work as a back-end or front-end developer.
