Your personal data will be processed as follows:
1) To enable your participation in the recruitment process relating to the
role for which you applied, organized by the Data Controller based on the
consent given by you (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
2) To enable the Data Controller to organize recruitment processes based on
the consent given by you (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the
GDPR);
3) For direct marketing purposes as defined by the Data Controller in line
with the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller (in accordance
with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
4) For statistical purposes as defined by the Data Controller in line with
the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller (in accordance with
Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
5) To send commercial information about recruitment processes organized by
the Data Controller, which will be sent by e-mail if you have provided us
with your e-mail address for this purpose;
6) To enable the Data Controller to use telecommunication terminal equipment
for direct marketing purposes, i.e. to send information on ongoing
recruitment processes to the e-mail address provided by you;
7) For the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending any claims in line
with the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller (in accordance
with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Your personal data may be transferred to the following third parties:
Employees of the Data Controller;
Subcontractors providing IT infrastructure;
Natural persons acting as business operators and cooperating with the Data
Controller based on civil-law contracts;
Natural persons cooperating with the Data Controller based on civil-law
contracts;
Providers of courier and postal services;
Legal and accounting consultants.
Your personal data will be transferred to third countries (i.e. outside the
European Economic Area) through Microsoft Corporation based in Redmond
(United States of America) and through Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o. based in
Warsaw to their subcontractors and affiliates mainly on the basis of
standard contractual clauses concerning the protection of personal data, as
approved by the European Commission. The Data Controller reserves to make

Your personal data will be stored as follows:
1) To the end date of the recruitment process relating to the role for which
you applied, no longer than for 10 months, but in any case no longer than
until you withdraw your consent;
2) For a period of 4 years if your personal data are processed for the
purpose of other ongoing recruitment processes, however, no longer than
until you withdraw your consent;
3) For a period of 4 years for the purpose of direct marketing of the Data
Controller's own products or until you object to the processing of
your personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with Article 21(2)
of the GDPR;
4) For a period of 4 years for statistical purposes or until you object to
the processing of your personal data for statistical purposes on grounds
relating to your particular situation in accordance with Article 21(1) of
the GDPR;
5) For a period of 4 years if you have given consent to receive commercial
information, i.e. information about ongoing recruitment processes, which
will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you, and you have given
consent to the use of telecommunication terminal equipment for this purpose
unless you withdraw any of the above consents before that time;
6) For a period of 8 years for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or
defending any claims in line with the legitimate interests pursued by the
Data Controller (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the
purpose of recruitment processes, we will not continue to process your
personal data, however, we will store your personal data for the purpose of
establishing, enforcing or defending any claims.
You have the right:
to access your personal data and to demand their correction or deletion, or
the restriction of the processing that concerns them;
to obtain a copy of your personal data processed by the Data Controller in a
structured, commonly used and machine readable format, and to send such
personal data to another data controller;
to object to the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller for
direct marketing purposes in accordance with Article 21(2) of the GDPR;
to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your
particular situation in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR.

To the extent that your personal data are processed based on consents given
by you, you have the right to withdraw any of the consents at any time. Any
consent can be withdrawn using the consent management panel. A unique link
to access the consent management panel will be sent to the e-mail address
provided by you. If you withdraw any of the consents, it will not affect the
lawfulness of processing based the consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to submit complaints to the personal data protection
authority.
The submission of personal data is voluntary. If you do not agree to the
processing of your personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process
relating to the role for which you applied, you will not be able to
participate in the recruitment process. If you do not agree to the
processing of your personal data for the purpose of recruitment processes
organized by the Data Controller, the Data Controller will not process your
personal data for this purpose.
If you do not agree to receive commercial information by electronic means to
the e-mail address provided by you or if you do not agree to the use of
telecommunication terminal equipment, the Data Controller will not send you
any commercial information by electronic means, i.e. information about
ongoing recruitment processes.
