Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119/1 of 4 May 2016), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, Onwelo SA informs that:

 

  1. The Controller of your personal data provided during the phone call is Onwelo SA with its registered office at ul. Karolkowa 32, 01-207 Warszawa.
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) within its scope to supervise the correctness of personal data processing. They can be contacted at the following e-mail address: daneosobowe@onwelo.com.
  3. The Controller will process your personal data including your name, business telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller in order to send commercial information about the services provided by the Controller – the basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR.
  5. You have the following rights:
    • access to and the right to rectify your personal data,
    • restriction of processing,
    • the right to portability of personal data,
    • the right to request erasure,
    • right to object to data processing,
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time without giving any reason, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  6. In order to improve the process of handling your rights, requests can be submitted via e-mail at: zgodymarketing@onwelo.com.
  7. Your personal data will not be shared with other entities (controllers), with the exception of entities authorized by law.
  8. Access to your personal data may be granted to entities (processors) to whom Onwelo SA commissions activities that may involve the processing of personal data.
  9. Onwelo SA does not use automated decision-making in relation to you, including profiling of you.
  10. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide it, you will not be able to access current commercial information.
  11. Your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data and for the period necessary for the protection of possible claims.
  12. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR.
