RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment pathway depends on several factors, such as the project or the role you are applying for. Below are the most common options.

BASIC PATHWAY

HR interview – the first meeting

Once your CV has been positively assessed, we will invite you to a meeting to talk about your experience and skills, as well as your motivation for the job and your expectations. We will also introduce you to the workplace and answer your questions.
Technical and managerial part – the second meeting
During this meeting you will get to know the leader or manager and sometimes other members of the team. During this part, we will test your technical skills necessary for project tasks and your fit with the organisation. Verification will be carried out in a form adapted to the specific nature of the job. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about working with us.

FIND OUT MORE ABOUT OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS – Q&A

Is it possible to work 100% remotely?

For most sought-after positions, yes. Such information should be in the job advertisement, as well as worth confirming during the recruitment interview. Nevertheless, we encourage you to work from Onwelo’s offices or to work in a hybrid model – our offices in seven cities in Poland are open and accessible to employees.

For more information on office locations and addresses, please see the Contact page.

What form of contract can I get with your company?
At Onwelo, you have the flexibility to choose the form of employment – employment contract or B2B contract. In some cases (e.g. if you are a student), a form of contract of mandate is also possible.
Where can I find job opportunities?

You will always find the latest announcements on our website, on the subpage Careers. Going to job search engine, you can find the job description that interests you and submit your application.

Can I send my CV without applying for a specific position?

Yes. If you don’t find a job description interesting for you, you can leave us your details by selecting in the top right-hand corner the option Tell us about yourself and filling in the form. The recruitment team will review your experience and contact you if a vacancy arises with us that matches your skills.

Can I send my CV for more than one position?
Of course. This is a good solution if you are interested in more than one direction of development.
How will I know that my application has reached the Recruitment team?

After submitting your CV to us via the application form, you will receive a return email confirming receipt of your application. In the message you will also find a link to your GDPR consents – we encourage you to give your consent for future recruitments as well – so we can stay in touch in case there are other vacancies that match your skills and aspirations. If the confirmation e-mail does not reach you – please contact us by e-mail at: rekrutacja@onwelo.com.

Should I prepare in any way for the interview?
The key to success at a recruitment interview is professionalism and partnership. We try to ensure that each interview is tailored to your level of experience and to the role you are applying for. It is always worth reading some basic information about the company. If you have any questions – write them down and ask them during the interview to build a full picture of our company and role. Remember that organising a recruitment meeting requires planning and often involves more than one person. If for some reason you are unable to attend a meeting, please inform the person from our team who is in contact with you as early as possible.
What language will the meeting be conducted in?
Communication in our company, as well as the meeting itself, takes place in Polish as standard. You can, however, expect English language verification, as it is sometimes essential when dealing with client teams.
How long do you wait for feedback after a meeting?
While the standard turnaround time for feedback at Onwelo is up to two weeks, we know how important prompt feedback is, so you can usually expect it within a few working days.
I have participated in Onwelo recruitment in the past. Can I try again?
Of course, you are encouraged to try your hand at newly emerging projects. You can simply apply for the job you are interested in or apply directly to the Recruitment Specialist who has guided you through the recruitment process in the past.
