Onwelo’s new headquarters in Warsaw
We can boast of a new office space in Warsaw. You can now find us in the modern Skyliner office building located at Rondo Daszyńskiego.

Our new address is Prosta 67. This is where Skyliner, the latest investment of the Karimpol Group, is based. Our office is located on the 30th floor of the building and consists of nearly 1.5 thousand square meters. Onwelo employees have at their disposal a comfortable work space, 19 meeting rooms of various sizes, as well as a cozy kitchen and chill room.

When choosing the new location, we were primarily concerned with creating the most comfortable conditions for Onwelo employees, including easy commute and proximity to food outlets. Other important factors included the appearance and modern character of the building as well as its energy efficiency and high functional standards. Skyliner perfectly addressed these needs. We believe that the new environment will benefit both our employees and our customers – said Dariusz Ossowski, co-founder of Onwelo.

Skyliner is one of the seven tallest buildings in Poland. It offers 49,000 m2 of leasable space on 42 floors. The lowest levels are designated for services, retail and food and beverage offerings. At 165 meters high there is a two-level Skybar with extraordinary views of the Warsaw skyline. Skyliner has the highest office lobby in Poland, up to 16 meters high. The building is equipped with the latest technology solutions. These include 21 high-speed elevators (up to 7 m/s) with a smart touchless operation system and the SkylinerApp building application that replaces traditional access control cards and provides the ability to remotely book desks, rooms and parking spaces. Skyliner’s five-level parking lot is designed for 428 cars, has charging stations for electric vehicles, and parking spaces for 330 bicycles with full infrastructure. Skyliner is powered 100 percent from renewable energy sources and has a BREEAM rating of Excellent, which evaluates buildings for their environmental impact. The building also received a certificate from innogy Polska SA of the E.ON Group, confirming the purchase of guarantees of origin of electricity from RES installations.
