Graduates or final-year students are invited to participate. Business and technical majors are preferred. We would like those joining the Academy to have command of English at least at B2 level, analytical thinking skills, as well as very good communication skills. We aim to expand the team after the end of the Academy, so we would like program participants to be available for taking up a full-time job from October 2022.

Participants will complete a three-month internship program with the possibility of employment afterwards as Intelligent Automation Junior Specialist. New to this edition are two diverse educational tracks. One concerns process analytics and robotization and the other one is devoted to robotization and Artificial Intelligence. For three months, a group of five mentors will oversee the participants’ development. These are: Patryk Sabbagh, Maria Raczkiewicz, Maciej Roszkowski, Radosław Janicki and Piotr Koprowski.

The Intelligent Automation Academy is an opportunity for intensive development in both the analytical and technical area. The Academy’s agenda includes training in one of the leading RPA technologies, in-house training with our specialists, and supporting them in basic project work – says Maria Raczkiewicz, Intelligent Automation Senior Specialist, Onwelo.

Upon completion of the Academy, participants will be familiar with at least one tool for hyper-automating business processes, understand the process of developing automation solutions, know the process of building a bot, and be able to define customer business needs and requirements with the support of a mentor.

In the previous three editions, a total of 14 people joined the team! They emphasize the great value of the condensed knowledge and practical skills gained during the program.
