Cloud Competence Center – second edition launched!

Yauheni, Daniel, Konrad, Adam, Artur and Michał joined the Onwelo team in early October and will implement the training program prepared within the Cloud Competence Center. Congratulations and good luck!
The coordinator of this edition of the program is Sebastian Frankiewicz – participant of the first edition of the Cloud Competence Center. The role of lecturers was assumed by experienced team members. Additionally, a group of four mentors will watch over the program participants during these intensive months. They will be: Mateusz Witek, Maciek Krawiec, Patryk Koryga and Sebastian Frankiewicz.

Thanks to the experience gained in the Cloud Competence Center program, we know how to prepare the next edition so that it brings maximum benefit to its participants. The possibility to work on the organization of such a center of competence is also a great development for us – people with a higher level of expertise in the cloud area” says Sebastian Frankiewicz, the current coordinator of the Cloud Competence Center program.

For the first period, participants will gain theoretical knowledge through both online and live training. Topics will include networking and data repositories, CI/CD topics, Kubernetes or Python technologies, Terraform, Ansible or monitoring tools. Members will also expand their knowledge on their own using Google’s Qwicklab database, among others. After this period, they will take the first Associate Cloud Engineer certification exam. The next stage will allow them to test their acquired knowledge in practice. Program participants will be involved in project implementation. They will be simultaneously preparing for the next stage of certification and becoming a Google Cloud Architect. They have an intensive period ahead of them, filled with work and rapid competence development.
Onwelo Cloud Competence Center is a professional development center in the area of cloud technology, which was created in response to the dynamic development of cloud solutions. Participants can count on a proprietary curriculum and work on real-world business projects!
